The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon individually with each client. Nhyrdiem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

Access to certain features of the platform may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Nhyrdiem immediately at support@nhyrdiem.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Fees for services are agreed upon individually at the time of engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or required by applicable law. Nhyrdiem reserves the right to adjust pricing for future service periods with reasonable advance notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the service.

Nhyrdiem does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Blockchain data and analytical outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or compliance advice. You bear sole responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nhyrdiem and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service, even if Nhyrdiem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Nhyrdiem's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these terms exceed the total amount you paid to Nhyrdiem in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nhyrdiem and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Nhyrdiem reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the service.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of engagement. Nhyrdiem may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without prior notice if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that Nhyrdiem reasonably determines poses a risk to the platform, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

16. Governing Terms

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Nhyrdiem with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
